We are looking for mixer drivers to join our team and we have some really great hiring incentives currently available to new employees and referring employees. We’re offering a $1,500 hiring bonus to all mixer drivers. The first half of this bonus is paid out after 90 days of employment and the second half after an additional 90 days. We offer highly competitive wages for experienced ready mix drives for work experience. Not experienced? Training is provided to non-experienced mixer drivers. After 90 days, if performance, truck cleanliness, attitude, and attendance is acceptable, non-experienced drivers get a $1/hr raise. After an additional 90 days, the same applies and they get an additional $1/hr raise.
We’re also offering a $500 referral bonus to all existing employees! If an employee refers a new mixer driver to us, after 90 days of employment the employee who referred the applicant would get $250 and the remaining $250 after an additional 90 days.
